I grew up in Kansas City, and first became interested in veterinary medicine in junior high school (careers unit). I worked as a kennel technician from age 14 until college. I graduated from KSU with my doctorate of veterinary medicine, and moved to TX in 1983. I worked at a Dallas practice until 1990, then partnered with Dr. Blick (a KSU classmate) and purchased Colleyville Animal Clinic in November of ’89.
I enjoy the diversity of veterinary medicine, and the opportunity to assist people in quality care of their pets.
My family consists of my wife, two wonderful sons, and a daughter-in-law. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, fishing, and mentoring.
Dr. Wilson has completed additional training in veterinary dentistry and feline medicine.
